No stretch- so be aware. If you have a bit more thigh and hip, size up. I got a md and would usually get the small; fits great and comfortable without being loose. It doesn’t squish and give me pancake butt lol. I will say the downside is since I don’t have much boobage, it’s a tad big on me but I’m gonna just fix it up to make it tighter. Otherwise it should fit fine.
