Fabric Material: can become matted due to friction/folding while shipping. It’s easy to detangle with a cat slicker brush and a fabric steamer. Just brush while steaming until straightened for a smooth look. If you want it textured wait until dry and shake the fur gently until fluffy again. See attached photos: 1) full coat after grooming and styling 2) left combed and steamed vs right matted 3) sleeve fluffed, body combed and steamed, collar matted. To keep from tangling you can use any products suitable for synthetic wigs.

very fast delivery. I'm not sure i like it or will keep it. it looks like photo. Just not my style. it's a bit stiff not plush like it thought. I mean it's not soft to touch. it just looks stiff and artificial.
