I like the idea of this jacket. It does say oversized and it is around the waist area where the elastic is. It looks cute worn open, but zipped up it looks funny on me…like a pumpkin shape around the waist but it fits through the shoulders. I’m keeping it…the medium is a bit oversized…the small would have fit my waist but not my shoulders and arms…plus it would have been shorter in length making me look funny with such long legs…so I’m saying all this to say ….it’s cute enough but only when worn open …on me…my measurements below are correct.
