True to Product Images: The items are great but the delivery service is horrible

On my figure this skirt looks really bad. It's neither high waisted, nor low rise. It's somewhere in between, which only exaggerates my non-curvy shape. 
My waist is 26in and hips are 34in for reference. 
I got XS. It's also shorter than I prefer my skirts to be, so I'm returning. 

The quality seems quite good, though. This skirt would be double to triple the price in stores like Forever 21.
