Okay, this is better than I was expecting. The material has give, & looks nice. My measurements are accurate, & this is fitted (I don’t wear a shirt under it) but not tight by any means on me.

runs small, ordered a L for teen granddaughter as gift. She likes alot, fits,she is on thinner side maybe 28" waist but chesty..
